When you reflect upon your life, do you do so with ease and clarity or do you not reflect for fear of a mental breakdown?
Dacher’s approach is to ask oneself a series of questions such as- “What aspect of my life—psycho-spiritual, biological, interpersonal, or worldly—is the source of difficulty and suffering?” Unless of course you don’t need to ask yourself these questions, because your need is so urgent and stressful.
Then once one has verbalized to oneself the area of weakness then one should move forth to heal it, and then seek growth and development via meditation.
I have followed the love and kindness meditation for several years now, and I try and critique my social interactions after meaningful encounters. I even try and think about how my actions affect the world-hence I use environmentally friendly products (cleaning agents and cloth diapers.) On a more personal note, after having four children, sometimes it is difficult to find the time and mental capacity to connect with my partner in life and during intimate moments I find it beneficial to meditate to reach climax-Just one more reason why if you are female you should practice meditation.

ReplyDeleteThis is not my first time attemping to stay with the program, I do enjoy getting more from the class on how they deal, feel about how things are going with there world. Searing in all things around you can and most will help other, I understand before you can do this you ned to be on soilded ground, but sometimes just the things you say can help others no matter how big or small. Being able to clear one's mind is the hard part for me, once I get there I sometime find myself driffing in/out. I work hard at staying focused and then being able to apply what I have learned. There is much deffent between men/women, but in the end we all look for that one thing. The secret is when you find it, pass it along.
